Available with the ArcGIS Indoors Maps extension.
To use Indoors Viewer, an ArcGIS Enterprise base deployment licensed for the ArcGIS Indoors Maps extension is required. Refer to the Enterprise help for system requirements and instructions on how to install and configure an Enterprise organization for use with Indoors.
Required ArcGIS software
The following ArcGIS software is required for Indoors Viewer on ArcGIS Enterprise:
- ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or later
- ArcGIS Enterprise Standard and the ArcGIS Network Analyst extension
- Portal for ArcGIS 11.0 or later licensed for ArcGIS Indoors Maps and, optionally, ArcGIS Indoors Spaces
Note:
If you are licensed with the Indoors organization extension, it is supported until expiration.
Required user types and roles
Certain permissions are required to interact with the Indoors Viewer app. These requirements are summarized in the table below.

The ArcGIS Indoors Maps organizational extension includes the Indoors User user type. The Indoors User user type provides access to the Indoors Viewer and Indoors Mobile apps. If the ArcGIS organization includes an ArcGIS Indoors Spaces license, users that are assigned the Indoors User user type also have access to workspace reservation capabilities when configured using a Reservations layer or Microsoft 365 and published from ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or later.
Note:
The Indoors User user type does not include access to the ArcGIS organization or apps other than Indoors Viewer and Indoors Mobile.

Supported browsers and devices
This app supports all of the browsers that the Enterprise portal supports.
Note:
Indoors Viewer can be accessed from a web browser running on a desktop, laptop, or portable devices such as tablets and smartphones. The layout is responsive to both portrait and landscape orientation.
Device requirements for 3D
Viewer is built using ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 4.x.
Note:
3D scenes on some mobile devices may not be supported.
Supported languages
This app supports all of the languages that the Enterprise portal supports.
The language used by the app is determined by your browser's language setting.
